These terms govern use of the Ontology Analytics service operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we"). By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Ontology Analytics lets you upload spreadsheet (CSV) data and produce ranked, explainable shortlists using configurable, rule-based scoring. Access is invite-only; accounts are created by an administrator.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Your data & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to upload and process any personal data it contains (for example candidate data), and for complying with applicable data-protection law. You must not upload unlawful content or data you are not authorised to use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without a guaranteed uptime unless separately agreed. We may perform maintenance and update features.
7. Liability

8. Term & termination
